Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

The basics

By using Yieldly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including team members invited by account owners.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and any API keys you generate. Keep them secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Your data

You own your data. The financial records, contacts, invoices, and journal entries you create belong to you. We store and process this data solely to provide the service. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data in any way beyond operating the service.

Not financial advice

Yieldly is accounting software, not an accounting firm. We provide tools to record and organize financial data. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for compliance with applicable regulations. Consult a qualified accountant for professional guidance.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantees. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as we develop the product. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes in advance.

Acceptable use

Do not use Yieldly for anything illegal. Do not attempt to access other users' data or companies. Do not abuse the API or attempt to disrupt the service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any financial losses, data inaccuracies, or decisions made based on information provided by the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
